Joel has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry with extensive Industrial and Commercial project portfolios as well as experience managing large, complex multi-use development projects.  He began his career as an Assistant Superintendent and evolved into positions including Business Development, Project manager and Operations Manager for notable firms. Joel has a vast understanding of construction projects from design thru project completion.

In his role as Director of Operations, Joel fosters an environment of teamwork and ensures that strategy is clearly defined while overseeing performance and maintaining morale. His strong communication and client service skills enhance Hasens’ Design Build philosophy.
