LEED Sustainability

The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is a green building certifications system that provides third-party verification and nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings. LEED provides building owners and operators with the necessary tools that are needed to have an immediate and measurable impact on their buildings’ performance. LEED is designed and built using strategies that are aimed at improving performance across all of the metrics that matter most when dealing with a construction project: energy saving, water efficiency, and carbon dioxide emissions reduction.

LEED provides a point system that is used to score green building design and construction. Categorized in five basic areas that cover: sustainable sites, water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, materials and resources, as well as indoor environmental quality.

LEED is available for all building project types, providing a framework that project teams can apply to create highly efficient and cost saving green buildings. Eco-friendly and budget friendly, LEED certification is globally recognized as a symbol of sustainability and exemplary achievement.

To meet LEED certification requirements, the construction team must demonstrate a compliance with every mandatory prerequisite. We make it our priority to assure LEED requirements are met, and provide the best of our knowledge to make a LEED project possible.
