Built in 1930, The Electric Building is an 18-story Art Deco building located in downtown Fort Worth, Texas and listed on the National Register. This Project was designed to convert this historic office building into multi-family. Renovation and remediation included the conversion of 18 floors of office space into 1 to 3 bedroom multi-family apartments. The renovation incorporated a complete seismic upgrade including new HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
