Includes 4 new 37,000 sqft buildings for city maintenance and operations and 70,000 sqft of paving. The project consisted of relocation of the city’s infrastructure repair service center by building a new facility to house the equipment used in maintaining the city’s water, gas, and electricity utilities as well as sewer and waste management services.
