NTMWD Bois D’Arc Lake – Operations Center

Project Overview

Bois d’Arc Lake is the first new major reservoir in Texas in nearly 30 years. The 16,641-acre lake is located in Fannin County and began to hold water in April of 2021. It will meet the water needs and demands for over 1.8M people through 2040, with an overall project budget of $1.6B. Hasen is proud to be part of this historical project, and has constructed three projects within the project ($20M) to include the operation and administrative centers for NTMWD. These facilities include a welcome center, glass wall corridors, state of the art administrative and office areas, public restrooms, break rooms, control rooms, and large lobbies for the public.
