Hi Tech Laboratory requiring specialized noncorrosive materials including stainless steel custom packaged air handling units, stainless steel ductwork, energy management & control system, laboratory exhaust ductwork & fans, power ventilators, high plume dilution blowers, constant air volume controls, and VAV’s. The unique challenge to this project was the centralized location of the project within the City of Dallas’ Central Wastewater Treatment Plant during full operation.
