Gymnasium/Locker Rooms/ Coaches Offices/Flex Space
HASEN Design Build and Development provided design assist and construction management services for the construction of a new ground up gymnasium and locker rooms. The project was funded by a private entity and constructed by Hasen for the benefit of the Fort Worth Independent School District. Hasen was instrumental in setting up and negotiating the project delivery process between FWISD, Paschal Enrichment Foundation, and Hasen. Ultimately FWISD’s property was leased to Paschal Enrichment for the construction of the new Gymnasium. The building is a pre-engineered structure with a second floor mezzanine. The new building will house both boys and girls sports at the high school level.
