Hasen serves as Owner’s Representative for LYND Development (based out of San Antonio, Texas), for the Ranches at Huntsville Apartments; this project consists of 250 units, with 12 multi-story buildings, a pool, consists of a $50M multi-family development in San Antonio’s Alamo Ranch area, to include state of the art amenities such as green space, dog park, pool, and club house.
