The Leonard Water Treatment Plant is located on 1,000 acres just west of the city of Leonard, Texas, and the treatment plan includes a 210-million-gallon terminal storage reservoir and high service pump station capable of pumping 90 million gallons per day. Hasen constructed the associated Administrative and Maintenance Buildings, which include offices, conference rooms, and professional lobbies with glass systems. Construction of these buildings included concrete pre-cast panel installation, structural steel, rolling shade system, glass panel systems, and storm doors.
